Most of you may have heard about the big National Day parade on 1 October. Unfortunately, you had to have a special invitation to see the parade at Tiananmen Square. So the best way to see the parade was either to stay at home and watch it on TV or venture out into the city to watch all drive by after the parade.Since a parade of this magnitude only happens once every ten years, I decided to get out of the house to see what I could see.
It was really cool to see all the local Chinese gather around a local shop to watch the parade on TV. Most of the people along the streets were listening to the parade with a radio. Everybody was taking pictures.
