We returned to Beijing just in time for the Embassy’s 4th of July party. We had hamburgers, hot dogs, live bands, and watermelon eating contests.
Zachary (after eating a hearty lunch) thought he should enter the watermelon eating contest. I think he would have done a better job if he hadn’t just eaten lunch.
Zachary and his tour guide spent the rest of the month checking out all the tourist sites in Beijing. Some of Zachary’s pictures are posted below.
