A couple weeks ago a friend and I went to BeiHai Park. Beihai park is an imperial garden just northwest of the Forbidden City. It was built in the 10th century and is one of the largest of Chinese gardens. The landscaping is beautiful, unfortunately a lot of bars and clubs have sprung up, which detracts from its natural beauty.
After visiting the park we went to play badminton. I havent played badminton in over 30 years. They asked me if I played tennis. How did they know?
